Tomypak Flexible Packaging Sdn Bhd (Wholly owned by Tomypak Holdings Berhad) being one of the leading converters established in 1979 for flexible food packaging materials in Malaysia, we believe in the continuous introduction of new technologies and facilities. Tomypak Flexible Packaging Sdn Bhd is the manufacturer and seller of flexible packaging materials, printed polyethylene, printed polypropylene films and sheets in Malaysia.

Tomypak has become one of the public listed companies in 1996 on Malaysia Stock Exchange board. In the year of 2003, Tomypak was awarded the 1st HACCP certified flexible packaging materials in Malaysia. Early 2017, TFP has shifted to a new plant with built up area of 14,018 square metres. Coupled with veteran personnel equipped with professional skills and customer-oriented services, be assured quality satisfaction in your flexible packaging material needs. Up to date, the work force has grown to approximately 400 employees which consist experts from Philippines, Taiwan and India.

The company’s operating segments include local market as well as export market. The Local market segment relates to sales within Malaysia. The export market covers sales to overseas customers of South East Asia and its business still at fast pace expansion globally. Its product includes Premium packaging used for packaging powdered formed of beverage and seasoning with High barrier metalized packaging, Hot fill packaging - for liquid form of packaging i.e. mayonnaise and sauces. General packaging used for packaging of confectionery, instant noodles and snacks. High barrier properties bags used for packaging of pet food and detergent. The company generates maximum revenue through the overseas market by exporting its products. With current capacity of 6 high speed gravure printing presses ranging from 7 to 12 colours, facilities of dry lamination, extrusion lamination as well as solventless lamination; Tomypak able to supply almost total 4000 tonnes per month. Due to high demand for more environmentally friendly packaging required globally, TFP had made the latest technology Flexographic printing available by acquiring Koenig & Bauer Flexotecnica EVOXD 8 at the end of 2017. Indeed, Flexographic printing is the future and its demand is getting greater and greater.

Flexible Packaging is no longer perceived as a simple wrapping material but as a decorative, innovative, protective, informative and presentable tools to brand owners and eventually to gain consumers’ confidence on displayed products.
