Production Facilities

  • Tomypak production facilities engages state of the art equipment and machineries. Our production processes employ technologies from Korea, Japan, and Europe, these processes enable us to operate efficiently in every stages of manufacturing to deliver safe packaging materials to our esteemed customers. We cast and metallize our films employing advanced machineries from SML (coex 3 and 7 layers) Cast Lines and European Plasma Technology – Vacuum Metallizing Machine. Our printing technologies include 8 Rotogravure presses with up to 12 colours and a Flexographic Press up to 8 colours, all equipped with automatic viscosity controller and in line camera inspection. In house lamination allows us to sustain high quality of the packaging materials, we are capable of solventless, solvent based and extrusion lamination. Our slitting and bag making assets completes our end-to-end manufacturing process, we can produce, gusseted bags wicketed bags, stand up pouches, doy packs, and pouches with zippers.
