Mr. Tan Kit Meng was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 13 July 2026. He also serves as the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee and Investment and Development Committee.

He obtained his professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 1994.

He is a seasoned technology and business leader with over three decades of experience driving digital transformation across Southeast Asia. In 1997, he founded Asia Pacific Net (M) Sdn. Bhd., a MD Status company & MYNIC Official Registrar, and served as its Chief Executive Officer.

He built one of Malaysia’s pioneer internet content and web development firms into a leading digital marketing and technology services agency, serving more than 6,000 clients through the evolution of digital technologies from website design and hosting to search engine optimization (SEO), cloud operations, social media, and Artificial Intelligence (Al) chatbot deployment – AdBot. He has established himself as a recognised market pioneer in digital marketing and technology services, underpinned by his ability to build and lead multidisciplinary teams, secure industry-accredited certifications, and execute long-term growth strategies and branding initiatives.

He has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of Tomypak. He does not hold directorship in any other public companies and listed issuers.
