Non-Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr. Yong Kwet On was appointed a Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company on 18 November 2014. He was subsequently appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors on 1 October 2019. He has more than 40 years’ experience in the Technology and ICT Industry, from hands on to top management work experience covering large scale data centre infrastructure development projects, systems, process engineering, manufacturing systems and large-scale technology implementations. While primarily based in Malaysia, his experience covers business and project deliveries in Asia such as Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, India as well as in Europe including the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and Switzerland.
He graduated in 1978 with a BA (Econs) from the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He was a founding member and honorary secretary of the Malaysia Canada Business Council and a founding member of the Malaysia Data Centre Alliance (under the auspices of MDeC and Pikom).
He has been involved in two successful international IPO listings, one on SESDAQ Singapore Stock Exchange and the other on AIM London Stock Exchange.
Mr. Yong is a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Investment Development Committee of the Group since 13 February 2015. Mr Yong ceased as a member of Risk Management Committee with effect from 18 May 2017.
He has no family relationship with any Director. He is a major shareholder of the Group through his substantial interest in New Orient Resources Sdn Bhd. He does not hold directorship in any other public companies and listed issuers.
Managing Director
Mr. Ignatius Ong Ming Choy was appointed to the position of Group Managing Director on 17 September 2025.
Mr. Ignatius holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Accounting and Finance with First Class Honours from Middlesex University, London. He brings with him nearly three decades of experience across various industries including banking, consulting, commercial aviation, and digital payments.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ignatius has held several key positions, including Chief Executive Officer of Touch ‘n Go eWallet at TNG Digital Sdn Bhd from 2019 to 2022. He was also formerly the Group Chief Revenue Officer of Malaysia Aviation Group Bhd From 2018 to 2019 and Chief Executive Officer of Firefly Airlines from 2011 to 2018. He has held various portfolios in his 15 years tenure with the Malaysia Aviation Group Bhd (formerly Malaysia Airlines System Bhd) amongst others, Head of Revenue Management and Regional Senior Vice President for Australia, New Zealand & Southwest Pacific before returning to Malaysia to helm Firefly Airlines.
Currently, he serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director at KAF Digital Bank Bhd, Independent Non-Executive Director at FarmByte Sdn Bhd, and a member of Project Steering Committee for Kulim (Malaysia) Bhd.

Non-Independent Non-Executive Director
En. Azmi Bin Arshad was appointed as an Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company on 1 October 2019. He was subsequently appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee, member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and member of the Risk Management Committee on 1 December 2019. Subsequently, he has relinquished his positions as Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee following his redesignation as Executive Vice Chairman on 17 October 2023. He was then redesignated to Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 17 October 2024.
En. Azmi graduated with an honours degree in accountancy from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK in 1986. He then underwent articleship with KPMG Peat Marwick McLintock, London and completed the professional examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) in 1990. He then continued his career in Malaysia with KPMG Kuala Lumpur in charge of audits of various public listed companies and advisory work.
He was Head of the Funds Management and Budget Department at Malaysia Building Society Berhad, Corporate Finance Manager at Usaha Tegas Sdn Bhd, Vice President at the Sapura Group, Senior General Manager of Finance at Crest Petroleum Berhad in 2003 and Chief Financial Officer of SapuraCrest Petroleum Berhad until 2011, after which he was Chief Operating Officer of Sapura Resources Berhad until 2012. He then moved on to become one of the founding members of Reach Energy Berhad in 2012). He was Chief Financial Officer of Reach Energy Berhad until 2018. He also sat on the board of LBI Capital Berhad 1991-1996.
He has more than 30 years’ experience in accounting, financial management, risk management, corporate finance, joint ventures, acquisitions, business rationalisation and corporate restructuring and has served in companies involved in financing, manufacturing, property development, property investments, broadcasting, oil and gas services and aviation.
He also presently sits on the Board of Trustees of Lembaga Pemegang Amanah Kolej Islam Malaysia (LAKIM) Berdaftar. He is also on the Board of Governors of and adjunct professor at Universiti Islam Malaysia.
He is a GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Certified Sustainability Professional, Certified Sustainability/ESG Practitioner (Center of Sustainability and Excellence / Chartered Management Institute) and HRDC certified trainer.

Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr. Kee Tong Kiak was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 30 September 2024
Mr. Kee Tong Kiak was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an advocate and solicitor in March 1993. He is currently a partner of Chee Siah Le Kee & Partners and specialises in civil litigation practice.
He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Homeritz Corporation Berhad and the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Gold Li Holdings Berhad and HSS Holdings Berhad.
He has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of Tomypak. Apart from Homeritz Corporation Berhad, Gold Li Holdings Berhad and HSS Holdings Berhad, he does not hold directorship in any other public companies and listed issuers.
Independent Non-Executive Director
Ms. Ang Mei Ping was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 1 February 2025.
Ms. Ang Mei Ping graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from London School of Economics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant under the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
She started her career with KPMG London and her professional experience includes working with UK AIM-listed clients, multinational clients based in Berlin and Abu Dhabi, large conglomerates and companies in diversified sectors. She also worked in Deal Advisory (Merger & Acquisition), managing merger and acquisitions deals in the United Kingdom. Upon returning to Malaysia, she continued to develop her career as a professional accountant in public practice such as taxation, corporate finance & advisory in a broad spectrum of industries. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). She currently serves as a committee member of the Public Practice Committee of MIA and is also a committee member of the Digital Technology Implementation Committee of MIA.
She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Amtel Holdings Berhad and Inspace Creation Berhad.

Independent Non-Executive Director
Datuk Christopher Wan Soo Kee was appointed to the position of Independent Non-Executive Director on 24 October 2025.
Datuk Christopher graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia with a Bachelor in Business (Business Administration) in 1997. He subsequently completed his Master of Business Administration in Training and Human Resource Development from Newport University, United States of America in 1999.
He began his career with the Royal Malaysia Police in 1969 as an Inspector where he served as the Special Branch Officer and his duties were primarily on intelligence procurement. He rose through the ranks over the years and held the rank of Superintendent by 1992 before he was promoted to Assistant Commissioner of Police and served as Deputy Director of Management in 1997. In 2000, he was promoted to Senior Assistant Commissioner II and was made Head of Special Branch in Kuala Lumpur. In 2002, he was promoted to Senior Assistant Commissioner I and became the Chief Police Officer of Melaka. He was then promoted to Deputy Commissioner of Police and was assigned to be the Chief Police Officer of Penang in 2005. In 2006, he was made Commissioner of Police and was appointed as the Director of the Criminal Investigation Department in charge of national criminal investigation. He retired from the Royal Malaysia Police in 2007 after 38 years of service.
He was conferred the Panglima Jasa Negara (PJN) in 2007 by the Yang-di-Pertuan Agong in recognition of his service to the country.
After his retirement, he was appointed as a member of the Election Commission of Malaysia as Commissioner in 2008 and he subsequently retired in 2017. He was also an International Election Observer and has been invited to observe multiple elections including the Mozambique General Elections (2009), Australian General Elections (2010), Kyrgyzstan Parliamentary Elections (2015) and South Korean Legislative Election (2016). He currently is a Director of Development at Mestari Adjusters Sdn. Bhd., a company involved in the provision of services as insurance adjusters and investigators where he provides advice and support on business development and acts as liaison with Government departments and agencies. He is also an Independent NonExecutive Chairman of HE Group Berhad and Independent Non-Executive Director of Oriental Kopi Holdings Berhad.
